Let me start with I'm the type of guy to always find something to complain about at restaurants. With that said I'm lost for words! The food was out of this world! Everything was cooked to perfection. Presentation was beautiful even the kids menu plate! Jake M was our server and he was so observant! He really made the experience that much better. If I ever opened a restaurant I would want all much waiters to be just like Jake! Next time I'm in town this is my first stop!
This was a dinner out on a Sunday evening. our service person took excellent care of us, checking in only as needed. Bar seemed to be a little slow, but the drinks produced were excellent in flavor. Old fashioned Sweet Heat was habenero forward, and for me that was great. The lavender lemonade was not sweet, which I liked. Appetizer was their Southern Arancini, which had a hard fried outer layer surrounding a moist center full of shrimp, rixe and pepper and onion bits. The sauce made it better. Main for me was their chicken Kabobs, thigh meat in a light marinade. It was good and not dry, but also simple in flavor. The wife's Garden Pasta was really good, with vegetable pieces throughout the red sauce.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Food, Fun Vibe – We’ll Be Back! We had a really great experience at Lake City Social in Lake Geneva! My husband ordered the Bacon Slab Burger and gave it a solid 4 out of 5 — he especially liked the thick-cut bacon, which really elevated the burger. Our youngest had the Classic Cheeseburger with American cheese and upgraded to the pretzel bun — she rated it a perfect 5 out of 5! My eldest ordered the Ciabatta Chicken Sandwich and enjoyed it even more after adding some of the bacon jam from the burger — a fun little twist that really worked. I had the Prime Rib Sandwich and absolutely loved it — flavorful, juicy, and just really well done. All of the sides were hits: the Sweet Potato Tots, Regular Fries, and Greek Cold Salad were fresh and tasty. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals from start to finish. Service was friendly and attentive, and while I wasn’t sure about the vibe at first, the atmosphere really grew on me — casual, cute, and inviting. The restaurant is connected to The Cove Resort, which makes it super convenient if you’re staying there. Plus, there’s a free parking lot, which is always a win in Lake Geneva. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be back next time we’re in town!
What a find! Value, taste and excellent service. Jordan was a fantastic server and helped us navigate a great menu. For an appetizer we had delicious cheese curds(ranch and marinara!) and (humongous) pretzel (cheese and grainy mustard!) Our entrees also delicious. Would highly recommend.
First time in the area on a random trip north. Searching for bbq ribs turns out to be limited unless traveling 14 miles away, so tried LCS's bbq ribs. It was surprisingly good! Tender, juicy, fall off the bone and perfectly seasoned. All the qualities we found in perfect bbq ribs. We tried other dishes but the ribs highlighted our experience 😋 The restaurant is located at the edge of The Cove Resort and Spa building. It overlooks the lake and has ample parking in the hotel's property.

This has become our favorite place in Lake Geneva!! The food is awesome while being affordable. I can't say enough about the level of service the staff delivers. On our most recent visit my wife and I decided to split one of their incredible burgers. I asked our waitress for an extra plate, when our order arrived it it was already divided for us. That's taking customer service up an extra notch you don't find very often. I'm also a huge fan of wings and their 1 pound of chicken wings appetizer is one of my favorites, especially the nashville spicy hot with blue cheese dipping sauce. As far as atmosphere goes you have a choice of indoor or outdoor seating with great views of lake Geneva. The drink menu is extensive as well. Check them out, I'm sure you will be happy you did!! 10/10
The food is good. The service is good. It is a great time. The burgers are good and my Italian beef Panini was tasty. Get the spiral potato fries, they are fantastic. The sweet potato tots are also good.
Lake City Social feels like the antidote to a world of increasingly vibeless restaurants. Cool architecture, warm wood accents and cozy booths set the tone—it’s giving 90s/00s nostalgia in the best possible way. The staff is genuinely friendly and the food is consistently amazing—no notes. Standouts: the classic burger, the Chicago beef dip (as a wrap) and the poblano rice. And they make a mean dirty martini. You really can’t go wrong.
